The Waterfront Park is awesome! If you want to watch an awesome sunset the park is the place to be! Right on the lake...nice bathrooms/shower...quiet small town park!
I arrived and it was like opening my car door to a beautiful mixture of lake and trees. The smell that the wind carries from the lake, warms my heart. Not only is it up to date, but it is so well kept. Throughout my stay I enjoyed many of its attractions such as a dock, a newly built playground, and its sandy beach. The icing on the cake was the beautiful sunsets that came each night. Would highly recommend this camp ground which is found in a rural small town in Minnesota.
Great place for an overnight stay while traveling through the area. It was a windy, rainy night, so we didn't get much of a chance to check out the area. You have to register and pay for your site at a liquor store in the nearby town, but the whole process was painless and the staff we dealt with very pleasant.
Beautiful park and campground right on the lake! Newly remodeled showers and restrooms! Spacious camping sites with electric and water. Call the liquor store to reserve a spot. Also had a large picnic shelter for big groups.
The place was beautiful, the hook up sites were roomy and the atmosphere was peaceful. Nice beach and places to walk.
